Horsham Township Police Department, and its Chief Scott J. Fida, announced an important arrest of three individuals caught soon after burglarizing a township home. Three out-of-state residents, two of which have previous related charges in the area, are currently in county jail thanks to a surveillance system and the quick response of police.
According to the police department’s post on Crime Watch, on Dec. 3 around 1:31 a.m., the department was dispatched to the 1000 block of Glendevon Drive within the township. The call was for a burglary in progress.
Police said that, while the homeowners were away at the time, they’d observed three males on their security camera system. The video showed three men making entry into their home, and a short time later, exit the home via its backdoor.
Horsham Township Police said they responded to the call immediately, and two individuals were taken into custody after a vehicle stop. A third male was taken into custody, as well, shortly after the stop.
According to police, the three men were identified as:
All three men are charged with multiple felony level charges of burglary and related offenses. They are held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility unable to post a monetary $99,000 bail set on each man.
According to court documents, Koblianidze and Porchkhidze were already facing charges in Bucks County Courts for a charge of loitering and prowling at nighttime stemming from an incident filed on Nov. 15, 2024. The two were to appear in court before Magisterial District Judge Charles D. Jonas on Dec. 12 for a preliminary hearing in this matter.
If any area residents have additional information or video footage on their own systems, they are asked to call the department at 215-643-8284 or email [email protected].
